This Marketing and Business Development Plan (MBD Plan) is solely to support the Lending activity.
After more than 10 years of trading and having served more than 30,000 clients, we have developed a compelling client proposition. Driven by strong ethical standards and a relentless focus on high customer service standards, our service is extremely valued by our clients. Many times again, our clients indeed have told us “I wish I had heard about you before”. A look at our Google or Feefo review page2 will give you an indication of how well honed our services are.
Our current “base line” marketing strategy is mostly made of two components: generic SEO work with a digital agency, and an internally run referral scheme, rewarding clients for referring friends and family.
We are looking for a marketing professional to help us put together and implement a more focused, and more ambitious MBD Plan for the year 2019, help us reach a greater number of clients and increase our impact.
