Role Purpose
The Investment Analyst will be an integral part of the Investment Management team, working closely with our Investment Managers, Managing Director and other team members.
You will be responsible for assisting in various investment-related activities, including market research, portfolio analysis, and investment strategy development.

Key Responsibilities
You will work primarily across our existing portfolio with responsibilities including:
- Investment phase: Supporting across the investment process including origination, assessment, financial due diligence, report writing, presentation to Investment Committee and contracting.
- Portfolio analysis and reporting: Leading with the quarterly reporting process; analysing the portfolio including performance evaluation and risk assessment.
- Financial modelling: Populating and analysing financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and assess risks.
- Administrative support: Providing administrative support to the Investment Management team, including data entry into loan management systems, document management, and meeting coordination.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience

- Two to three years relevant work experience with a focus on grant or loan management, impact investment, sports-based investment, corporate finance, accountancy or management consultancy.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with a solid understanding of investment principles and ability to present complex information in a simple and informative way, clearly identifying key issues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially in Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and financial modelling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail oriented and organised.
- Passion for sport and physical activity and social enterprise.
Benefits
- Base salary of £30,000 – £35,000 per annum.
- Discretionary bonus of up to 30% of base pay, plus statutory pension contribution.
