This will ensure that the consultancy adheres to its values, delivers on its mandate and creates a culture of continuous improvement in the way that it engages candidates for roles in innovative companies.
Such impact assessments could include: the success rate of candidates appointed and how long they stay in their new roles, whether over time they evolve into leaders in their own right, and how diverse and inclusive the candidate pools are.
